GYROTONICŪ Level II Pre-Training
This 4 day course is designed to prepare students for the Level 2 exercises done in the Level 2 Foundation Course, which will be offered in February, 2012. As of 2010, this course may also be applied as your Level 1 Certified Trainer update. Please note that students taking the Level 2 pre-training do so for personal enrichment only and are not permitted to teach these exercises without successful participation in the Level 2 Foundation Course. This pre-training is valid for up to 1 year. Pre-requisite: Level 1 certified trainer for no less than 6 months and doing regular Gyrotonic workouts in preparation.

Leg Extension Unit
Do you own a Cobra or Cobra Elite and want to get started using the Leg Extension attachment? This 6 day course is not only a wonderful way to deepen your understanding of the Gyrotonic system, but is also a certification course for trainers wanting to teach on the Leg Extension Unit or to have additional exercises to use on the Leg Extension device found on the Cobra & Cobra Elite towers. Successful completion of this course results in full certification on the Leg Extension Unit. That’s right, no apprenticeship, no review course or trip to Miami for certification. We strongly suggested that you do some introductory sessions on the Leg Extension Unit prior to participating in this course. This course is for Gyrotonic Level I Certified Trainers only.

GYROTONICŪ Level 1 Pre-Training
This 6-day course is the entry level course for those interested in becoming certified Gyrotonic teachers. In this course students gain a thorough physical and kinesthetic understanding of the movement concepts and exercises found in the system. Pre-requisite: a minimum of 10 Private Sessions and confirmation from a certified trainer that you have completed the steps 1-6 of progression 1 in the curriculum. (Note this course is paired with Gyrotonic Foundation course offered at GMC in January, 2012, to meet timeline restrictions required by headquarters.)

An intensive course conducted by Authorized Master Trainer, Karen Mullen, during which you focus on how to teach. This course deepens the understanding of the basic concepts of the system and the exercises in the Level I curriculum, while teaching students to apply Hands on teaching cues and verbalization. Upon successful completion you are issued a Certificate of Apprenticeship and can begin providing instruction to clients. Pre-requisite: Successful completion of a Gyrotonic Pre-training course. (NOTE: No more than 12 weeks can expire between the completion of your Pre-Training Course and the Foundation Course. This course is timed so student's participating in the November 2011 Pre-Training meet the time line restrictions established by Headquarters.)

GYROKINESISŪ Apprentice Review
This 3-day review meets the requirements for apprenticeship review hours with a master trainer. The Supervised Hours are intended to review the entire Gyrokinesis Foundation Course materials including both formats, and the homework sequence, in preparation for successful participation in the Gyrokinesis Final Certification Course. Prior to attending this review the student must complete 15 Gyrokinesis classes documented on the Apprentice Log Sheet.
