Jump-Stretch Board Course

This course can be applied as either your Gyrotonic or Gyrokinesis update credit. 

We strongly suggest that you do introductory sessions on the Jump-Stretch Board prior to participating in this course.

• Instructor:  Karen Mullen, Specialized & Authorized Gyrotonic & Specialized Gyrokinesis Master Trainer 

• Location:  Gyrotonic Movement Center, Seattle, WA  

• Course Fee:  $1465 includes an additional day of instruction plus an additional hour per day.  

• Non-Refundable Studio Fee: $300

• Total Hours: 35
