Private Appointments

Most of our clients choose to exclusively see Trainers in Private Appointments where you can enjoy one-on-one sessions that are designed to meet your long-term goals.

Each session is tailored to you, allowing us to introduce the GYROTONIC® Expansion System, discuss any concerns or limitations you may have, create homework programs and set the pace to support your needs and goals.

Private Instruction with Certified Trainer:

Duet Classes

Duets Classes are a fun way to get highly individualized instruction while working simultaneously with another client. During duet sessions clients are paired with another person of similar skill level so they can do a session in tandem - working side by side on the same or similar exercise sequences.

These sessions are fun and playful and often focus more on creating rhythm and melody in your body which includes slightly faster pacing than might happen in a private session. We work to find a client who matches your skill level and scheduling requirements so that you can receive a session together or if you have a family member or friend with whom you’d like to share a workout this adds to the fun.

Independent Exercise

Clients who enjoy more self-directed independent programs and who wish to take more ownership of their workout are welcome to work towards Independent Exercise. When both you and your trainer feel you have a strong grasp of the system, your individualized exercise program, the equipment, and can demonstrate that you can work independently; you may reserve an Independent session during which you will work out on your own with general supervision by a Trainer who is in the studio working privately with other clients.

Independent Exercise demands a high-level of proficiency, and requires scheduling periodic Private Appointments for your continued growth and mastery. Once you achieve this level of proficiency, this is the most affordable way of practicing Gyrotonic Exercise.

Group Classes

We offer in person and online group classes in both GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® exercises. These classes provide clients support to grow their knowledge of the GYROTONIC® method in a small class experience.

Group Classes are offered by drop-in or packages. Prices vary depending on class type, class length, and package type. Log in to your Member portal for up to date class options and rates.

Studio Policies

Cancellations:

To best serve all clients and certified trainers, we require a 24 hour advance cancellation notice for all sessions or classes. Cancellations made less than 24 hours will be charged in full.

For our Master Trainers, we require 72 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours will be charged in full.

Refunds:

We have a no refund policy for all services and products. We offer studio credit only. All packages have a 3 month expiration date.

Please Note:

All certified trainer packages are valid for 3 months
All packages are effective from the start of the first session in the package.
Prices do not include tax
All sessions include 5 minutes of transition time between clients.

Studio Etiquette:

We ask that you use quiet voices in the studio. Please silence your cell phone and leave your shoes and cell phone near the cubbies by the front door. Also, please bring a clean pair of socks.
