GYROTONIC® Movement Center Offers:​

A complete start to finish modular educational program for those interested in becoming trainers of the GYROTONIC® & GYROKINESIS® methods.  

Continuing education that supports certified trainers in the form of updates, advanced level courses, and specialized courses.

Educational courses and workshops for other movement or body working professionals, physical & occupational therapists, teachers of yoga, Pilates, Dance & Barre, and anyone with a deep curiosity about the moving body.  

Karen Mullen's Global Teacher Training​

GYROTONIC® Movement Center Founder Karen Mullen is one of only a handful of GYROTONIC® Method Specialized Master Trainers worldwide, personally selected by system creator Juliu Horvath to conduct final licensing exams for new teachers. She is a master trainer for all levels of GYROTONIC® & GYROKINESIS® methods and for all the specialized equipment.

GYROTONIC® Level 1 Foundation Course

GYROTONIC® Movement Center, Seattle | June 18-June 30, 2026 (June 24 is a day off)

  • Instructor: Alicia Parrish, GYROTONIC® Master Trainer

  • Course Fee:  $2100 plus tax  

  • Non-Refundable Studio fee: $500 plus tax ($250 if registered by 04/15/26, paid to GYROTONIC® Movement Center) 

  • Registration: Submit a completed registration form and non-refundable studio fee

  • Total Hours: 72 hrs

GYROKINESIS® Apprentice Review

  • Dates: July 25-28, 2026

  • Instructor: Karen Mullen, Specialized GYROTONIC® & GYROKINESIS® Master Trainer

  • Course Fee: $725 plus tax (paid to master trainer) includes additional instruction time. 

  • Non-Refundable Studio Fee: $250 plus tax (paid to GYROTONIC® Movement Center)

  • Registration: Submit a completed registration form and non-refundable studio fee

  • Total Hours: 24 hours

Leg Extension Unit Course

GYROTONIC® Movement Center, Seattle | August 15-20, 2026

  • Location:  GYROTONIC® Movement Center, Seattle, WA

  • Dates: August 15-20, 2026

  • This course can be applied as either your GYROTONIC® or GYROKINESIS® update credit. 

  • Instructor: Karen Mullen, Specialized GYROTONIC® & GYROKINESIS® Master Trainer

  • Course Fee: $1085 plus tax (paid to master trainer) includes additional instruction time. 

  • Non-Refundable Studio Fee: $300 plus tax (paid to GYROTONIC® Movement Center)

  • Registration: Please submit a completed registration form and non-refundable studio fee by emailing info@gyrotonicmc.com for registration form.

  • Total Hours: 33 hours

  • Prerequisite: GYROTONIC® or GYROKINESIS® Level 1 Certified Trainer
