Karen Mullen's Global Teacher Training

GYROTONIC® Movement Center Founder Karen Mullen is one of only a handful of GYROTONIC® Method Specialized Master Trainers worldwide, personally selected by system creator Juliu Horvath to conduct final licensing exams for new teachers. She is a master trainer for all levels of GYROTONIC® & GYROKINESIS® methods and for all the specialized equipment.

Are you interested in becoming a GYROKINESIS® instructor? If so, this is the course for you. This 6-day course is the entry level course for those interested in becoming certified GYROKINESIS® instructors. In this course, students will gain a thorough physical and kinesthetic understanding of the movement concepts and exercises found in the system.
