Gyrokinesis Pre-Training Course:
Part 1 of our 3-part program
Are you interested in becoming a Gyrokinesis instructor? If so, this is the course for you. This 6-day course is the entry level course for those interested in becoming certified Gyrokinesis instructors. In this course, students will gain a thorough physical and kinesthetic understanding of the movement concepts and exercises found in the system.
January 2024, Gyrotonic Movement Center is hosting a Gyrokinesis Pre-training course with Specialized Master Trainer, Karen Mullen, at University of Washington’s Friday Harbor Marine Laboratories on beautiful San Juan Island. The Marine Labs sit at the water’s edge, walking distance from the town of Friday Harbor. In addition to views of the Washington State ferries, walking trails, and dock plunging, it offers deeply discounted housing options.
