Story
Are you interested in becoming a Gyrotonic instructor? If so, this is the course for you. This 6-day course is the entry level course for those interested in becoming certified Gyrotonic instructors. In this course, students will gain a thorough physical and kinesthetic understanding of the movement concepts and exercises found in the system.
March 2025, Gyrotonic Movement Center is hosting a Gyrotonic Pre-training course with Owner, Sharalyn Lehman, on beautiful San Juan Island. This intimate island creates a retreat like setting and provides opportunities for forest bathing, introspection, and true unwinding.

Non-Refundable Studio fee: $300
