Duet Sessions

Duets are a fun way to get highly individualized instruction while working simultaneously with another client.  During duet sessions clients are paired with another person of similar skill level so they can do a session in tandem - working side by side on the same or similar exercise sequences. These sessions are fun and playful and often focus more on creating rhythm and melody in your body which includes slightly faster pacing than might happen in a private session. We work to find a client who matches your skill level and scheduling requirements so that you can receive a session together or if you have a family member or friend with whom you’d like to share a workout this adds to the fun.
