Independent Sessions
Clients who enjoy more self-directed independent programs and who wish to take more ownership of their workout are welcome to work towards what we fondly call Indy Sessions. When both you and your trainer feel you have a strong grasp of the system, your individualized exercise program, the equipment, and can demonstrate that you can work independently; you may schedule appointments for Indies during which you will work out on your own with general supervision by a Trainer who is in the studio working privately with other clients. This is the most affordable of our session types but does demand a high-level of proficiency, and requires scheduling periodic private sessions for your continued growth and mastery.
